One-Time Password (OTP) for partner portal

Partnero offers the passwordless or One-Time Password (OTP) login option for the partner portal. With this feature, partners can log in using a one-time password code sent to their email address, offering a smoother login experience.

How it works

When the passwordless login is enabled, affiliate partners will be asked to enter their email address only when logging in:

Once entered, the one-time password will be sent to their inbox:

The affiliate partner will be prompted to enter the one-time password to access the partner portal:

How to enable passwordless login

1. Open your program and go to Partner portal under Affiliate:
2. In the Settings tab, General section, scroll down to Behaviour settings.
3. Toggle to Enable passwordless login for partners:
4. Click Update to save your changes.

How to edit the email

All program emails on Partnero can be edited to fit your brand. The design and edit the OTP email:

1. Go to Emails under Affiliate and switch to the Emails tab:
2. Click the gear icon next to the One-Time Password (OTP) Request email:
3. Here, you can edit the email subject line. Also, you can click Edit content to change the copy or design of the email:
4. Don't forget to click Save and Update to save your changes.
