Integrate Softr

This guide explains how to integrate Partnero into your Softr no-code application to track referral-driven signups and transactions. These instructions can also be found on your Partnero account, under  Integration > Guides tab > Softr:

Step 1: Start tracking website visitors

To track visitors on your website, you need to install the PartneroJS snippet as custom code.

Install the PartneroJS Snippet

  1. On Partnero, go to Integration > Guides tab > Softr. Click Instructions.
  2. Copy the PartneroJS snippet:
  3. Log into your Softr dashboard.
  4. Navigate to Settings → Custom Code:
  5. In the Header section, paste the PartneroJS snippet:
  6. Click Save to apply the changes.
Alternative method: You can also add the script to individual pages using the Custom HTML block.

Step 2: Set up customer sign-up tracking

Track when referred visitors create customer accounts. This is essential for proper partner attribution before any transaction tracking.

⚠️ Important: You must track user signups with partner attribution before payment processor integration will work.

  1.  On Partnero, copy the customer signup tracking code snippet from the Softr integration guide:
  2. On Softr, return to Settings > Custom code. Paste the snippet to the Header section.
  3. Click Save.

Step 3: Transaction tracking

Partnero offers three transaction tracking methods, each with unique instructions. Select one that works best for your setup and follow the instructions provided in the Softr integration guide under Integration > Guides tab > Softr. 

Method 1: Payment processor integration

Recommended: If your Softr app uses Stripe for payment processing, connecting your Stripe account directly to Partnero provides the most reliable tracking.

Prerequisite: User signup tracking (Step 2) must be implemented first.

Method 2: JavaScript tracking

Track payment success using JavaScript events when payment processor integration is not available. Use this method for users already registered in Partnero.

Method 3: Airtable integration

Since Softr is built on Airtable, you can track signups and transactions by monitoring your Airtable data and sending it to Partnero.
