Integrate Kajabi

This guide explains how to integrate Partnero into your Kajabi all-in-one creator platform to track course sales, community memberships, and other digital product purchases. These instructions can also be found on your Partnero account, under  Integration > Guides tab > Kajabi:

Step 1: Start tracking website visitors

To track visitors on your website, you need to install the PartneroJS snippet as custom code.

Install the PartneroJS Snippet

  1. On Partnero, go to Integration > Guides tab > Kajabi. Click Instructions.
  2. Copy the PartneroJS snippet:
  3. Log into your Kajabi account.
  4. Navigate to Settings → Checkout.
  5. Scroll down to find the Tracking Code section.
  6. Paste the PartneroJS snippet into the Header Tracking Code field.
  7. Click Save to apply the changes.

Alternative method: For individual pages, go to Website → select your page → SEO & Tracking → Header Code.

Step 2: Student/member sign-up tracking

Track when referred visitors become students or community members in your Kajabi products.

  1. On Partnero, open the Kajabi integration guide and copy the snippet provided under the Student/member signup tracking section:

  2. Return to Kajabi. Navigate to Settings > Checkout > Footer tracking code. Paste the code snippet and save.

Step 3: Course and product purchase tracking

Partnero offers four transaction tracking methods. Select one that works best for your setup and follow the instructions provided in the Kajabi integration guide under Integration > Guides tab > Kajabi.

Method 1: Payment processor integration

Recommended: If your Kajabi products process payments through Stripe or other supported payment processors, connect your payment processor directly to Partnero.

Prerequisite: Student/member signup tracking (above) must be implemented first.

Method 2: Webhooks

Recommended: Use Kajabi webhooks to automatically send purchase data to Partnero when payment processor integration is not available.

Method 3: JavaScript tracking

Use Kajabi's Order Confirmation Tracking Code to track purchases with JavaScript when webhook integration is not available.

Method 4: Subscription tracking

Track subscription-based courses, memberships, or recurring coaching programs. This method specifically handles recurring payments.

Community membership tracking (optional)

If you use Kajabi's community features, track when referred visitors join your community:

Assessment and quiz completion tracking (optional)

Track high-value engagement actions like course completion or assessment submission:

Prioritize payment processor integration when possible, followed by webhooks for reliable enrollment data. Always track student/member signup first, then course purchases for proper attribution flow
