Integrate Circle

This guide explains how to integrate Partnero into your Circle community platform to track referrals and memberships. These instructions can also be found on your Partnero account, under Integration > Guides tab > Circle:

Step 1: Start tracking website visitors

To track visitors on your website, you need to install the PartneroJS snippet as custom code.

Install the PartneroJS Snippet

  1. On Partnero, go to Integration > Guides tab > Circle. Click Instructions.
  2. Copy the PartneroJS snippet:
  3. Log in to your Circle admin panel.
  4. Navigate to Site:
  5. Find the Head Code snippets section.
  6. Paste the PartneroJS snippet into the text area and click Save Changes.

Note: This code will be applied to all pages of your Circle community including the landing page, member directory, and posts.

Step 2: Member sign-up tracking

Track when referred visitors join your Circle community.

  1. On Partnero, open the Circle integration guide and copy the snippet provided under the Member signup tracking section:
  2. Return to Circle. Navigate to Site > Code snippets > JavaScript code snippets and paste the code snippet:
  3. Click Save changes.

Step 3: Paid membership tracking

For paid Circle communities or upsells, Partnero offers two tracking methods. Select one that works best for your setup and follow the instructions provided in the Circle integration guide under  Integration > Guides tab > Circle.

Method 1: Circle webhooks

Recommended: Set up webhooks to automatically track paid memberships. This is the most reliable method for paid Circle communities.

Method 2: JavaScript tracking

If you have a custom payment success page or redirect after payment, use JavaScript to track completed transactions.

Event and course sales tracking (optional)

If you sell events or courses through your Circle community, track these purchases with the available enhanced script:

Free community member tracking (optional)

For free Circle communities, you can still track valuable member signups. Use the provided script to track free member acquisitions:
