Integrate Outseta

This guide explains how to integrate Partnero into your Outseta platform to track referral-driven subscriptions and customer signups. These instructions can also be found on your Partnero account, under  Integration > Guides tab > Outseta:

Step 1: Start tracking website visitors

To track visitors on your website, you need to install the PartneroJS snippet as custom code.

Install the PartneroJS Snippet

  1. On Partnero, go to Integration > Guides tab > Outseta. Click Instructions.
  2. Copy the PartneroJS snippet:
  3. Log into your Outseta admin panel.
  4. Navigate to Settings → Domain & Branding.
  5. Find the Custom HTML section.
  6. In the Header HTML field, paste the PartneroJS snippet.
  7. Click Save to apply the change.

Alternative method: Add the script to individual pages using Outseta's page builder Custom HTML blocks.

Step 2: Customer sign-up tracking

⚠️ Important: You must track customer signups with partner attribution before Stripe integration will work.

  1. On the Partnero integration guide, copy the sign-up tracking script:

  2. Return to Outseta. Navigate back to Custom HTML section and paste the script in the Header HTML field. 

  3. Click Save.

Step 3: Subscription and payment tracking

Partnero offers three integration methods to track transactions; choose one that suits your setup best. Each method has unique instructions available on the Outseta integration guide.

Method 1: Stripe integration

Recommended: Since Outseta uses Stripe for payment processing, connecting your Stripe account directly to Partnero provides the most reliable tracking.

Prerequisite: Customer signup tracking (above) must be implemented first.

Method 2: Outseta API integration

Use Outseta's webhooks to automatically send customer and subscription data to Partnero when Stripe integration is not available.

Method 3: JavaScript tracking

Track customer signups and subscription events using Outseta's JavaScript SDK and events. Use this method when other integrations are not available.
