Migrate from Tolt

Partnero provides a built-in option to automatically import your existing program data from Tolt, making it easy to switch platforms without losing history.

What gets migrated?

During the migration, Partnero will import all available data from your Rewardful account, including:

  • Partner details (name, email, and other available profile information)
  • Customer information
  • Clicks, signups, and transactions
  • Revenue and reward data

The exact data imported may vary depending on what’s accessible in your Tolt account.

How to start the migration

To start the migration process:

  1. Create a new affiliate program on Partnero, if you haven't yet.
  2. Open the program and click Integration under Program. An additional Migration option will appear in the menu; click on it it: 
  3. Click  next to Tolt: 
  4. When prompted, enter your Tolt API Secret and program ID.
    • To find your API key, open Tolt and go to Settings → Integrations → Add integration with Tolt API.
    • The program ID is usually listed under your program configuration or when setting up integrations, often referred to as the data-tolt ID or simply the Public ID.

    Click  Connect.

  5. Once connected, the option to Migrate will be available:
  6. Click Migrate and then Process. 
  7. Once the migration starts, a Migration history section will appear showing the current status. When the process is complete, the status will update to Completed. You may need to refresh the page for the section to appear.

That's it - the data migration is now complete. You can now view your imported data under your Partner and Customer lists.
