Allow partners to create customers manually

Partnero offers a feature that allows your partners to create customers manually from their partner portals. This can be useful if, for example, the partner forgot to share their link or the customer forgot to use it when signing up.

This setting can be enabled for each partner individually. We recommend enabling this setting only for partners you trust and have a close relationship with.


How to allow a partner to create customers manually

Here's how you can enable this setting:

  1. Find the partner in your partner list using their name or email:
  2. Open their profile. Click on the three dots in the top right corner and click Manage:
  3. In the modal, toggle the option to Allow creating customers from portal:
  4. Click Update.

Once the setting is enabled, you'll partner will have the option to Create referral in the partner portal, the Referrals tab:
