How to edit a customer profile

You can edit existing customer profiles to change their information, such as name or email, re-assign a customer to a different partner, and delete or archive the customer.

To edit a customer profile:

  1. In your program, go to Customers and find the customer using their name or email address:
  2. Click on the customer to view their profile.
  3. Click on the three dots in the top right-hand corner:
  4. Here, you'll find the options to Manage, Delete, or Archive the customer.

If you click Manage, you'll have the options to edit:

  • edit customer key,
  • change which partner the customer is assigned to,
  • edit the customer email,
  • edit the customer name.
