How to edit a customer profile
You can edit existing customer profiles to change their information, such as name or email, re-assign a customer to a different partner, and delete or archive the customer.
To edit a customer profile:
- In your program, go to Customers and find the customer using their name or email address:
- Click on the customer to view their profile.
- Click on the three dots in the top right-hand corner:
- Here, you'll find the options to Manage, Delete, or Archive the customer.
If you click Manage, you'll have the options to edit:
- edit customer key,
- change which partner the customer is assigned to,
- edit the customer email,
- edit the customer name.
