AI Affiliate Discovery overview

AI Affiliate and Partnership Discovery automatically analyzes your product, audience, and niche to deliver a curated list of high-potential affiliates and partners, complete with contact details and suggested outreach messages. Promising candidates can be saved to a built-in outreach pipeline so you can track recruitment progress without leaving Partnero.

How to use AI Affiliate & Partnership discovery

To get started, navigate to Affiliate Discovery in the right-hand menu of your affiliate program and click Discover: 

You’ll be guided through a few quick steps:

1. Product details

You’ll begin by entering your product information, including your website and a short description.
The more specific and informative your description, the more accurate your results will be. We recommend mentioning:

  • Core features and benefits
  • Target audience
  • Industry or niche

If you don’t have a product description on hand, no problem — just enter your website and use the Analyze website option to have AI fill in the details for you.

2. Keywords and competitors

Next, add keywords your potential customers might use when searching for a solution like yours. 

You can then choose to:

  • Add competitors manually, or
  • Use AI to suggest competitors based on the keywords you provided.

After reviewing the competitor list, you can manually add or remove entries before proceeding. Once you're happy with the keywords and the competitor list, click Discover affiliates.

3. Discovery results

Partnero’s AI will generate a list of relevant websites and affiliate candidates tailored to your product and niche. Each result includes:

  • Website
  • Business type
  • Audience type
  • Relevance score

Click View details or  Save on any result.

4. Pipeline

The Pipeline is a board for managing your affiliate outreach from first contact to close. Once you save at least one affiliate from the Results tab, a new Pipeline tab will appear, with the Saved results.

From there, you can move affiliates through six stages as your outreach progresses:

  • Saved 
  • Contacted 
  • Replied 
  • Negotiating 
  • Won / Lost

Within each affiliate card, you can add private notes and save them using the Save button.

A few things worth knowing about how the Pipeline works:

  • Saved affiliates persist across discovery resets — clearing your Results and running a new search will not remove them from the Pipeline.
  • Affiliates already in your Pipeline are excluded from future search results, so you will not see duplicates.
  • Outreach itself is handled outside of Partnero, the Pipeline is a tracking workspace.

To access your Pipeline, click the Pipeline tab at the top of the Affiliate Discovery page.
