Integrate Make (formerly Integromat)

What is Make?

Make is a visual platform that lets you design, build, and automate anything – from simple tasks to complex workflows — in minutes. With Make, you can send information between Partnero and thousands of apps to automate various tasks or get real-time notifications about what's happening with your partner program.

Using Make with Partnero

Make works by linking Partnero to other apps (e.g. Google Sheets) to create a scenario that will transfer and transform data automatically for you. All you have to do is create a scenario that will watch for new data in one app/service, set-up the proceeding modules for the desired end result and Make will execute the task for you.
Here are some examples:
  • Receive a Slack notification when a new partner joins your program.
  • Receive an email notification when a new transaction occurs.
  • Transfer data about new partners, customers or transactions to a Google document.
  • Create new affiliate partners from leads on PipeDrive CRM.

Creating a scenario

Here we'll explore a scenario where Make is watching Partnero for when new partners are created and once it happens, automatically creates a new row entry in Google Sheets.

  1. Sign up for a free Make account.
  2. Click +Create new scenario at the top right corner
  3. Click on the plus sign and find Partnero in the app list. You can use the search field to type in the name. Click on the app to select it:
  4. Then, select the action you'd like to use as a trigger. In this example we'll use "Watch partners":
  5. Now you'll have to connect your Partnero account to see the available webhooks. Click Add:
  6. In the Connection: Choose account dropdown, click ADD again:
  7. Enter your Partnero account API key and click Save. Here's how to generate one.
  8. When connected, under Event, select Fired when a new partner is added:
  9. Click Save and OK.
  10. Next we'll proceed to connecting Google Sheets. Click +Add another module:
  11. Find Google Sheets and select action Add row.
  12. Follow the steps to connect your Google account and select the document on your Google drive you'd like to use. In this step you can customize what data is sent to the document. In the example screenshot above, the document has two headers: Partner name and Partner email. We've selected to add the corresponding information from Partnero.
  13. Click OK.
  14. Click Run once  to test the scenario:

That's it! Now every time a new partner joins your program, Make will automatically send the selected data to the Google sheet.
This scenario is only one example of how you can use Make to automate tasks with Partnero.
