Understanding your partner portal
What is a partner portal?
As an affiliate partner, you will have access to a partner portal, where you can access your affiliate link and promotional materials, track your progress, and create additional referral links.

Portal overview
When you log in to your partner portal, you will land on your Dashboard. Here, you’ll find the most relevant information you may need:
- Affiliate link - your unique affiliate link to refer people to the program.
- Affiliate invite link for multi-tier commissions (optional) - a unique link to invite other affiliates to join the program.
- Total earnings - your total earnings form referred customers.
- Clicks - the number of times your unique link has been clicked.
- Signups - the number of people who signed up through your affiliate link.
- Leads (optional) - all leads you have preferred.
- Referrals - the number of customers who made a purchase.
- Available payout - pending rewards that haven’t been paid out yet.
- Recent activity - the most recent signups and sales from your referrals.
Additionally, the dashboard may contain various program updates, resources, program structure, commission tiers, an earnings calculator, and other information added by the program owner.

Here, you’ll find the full referral activity and will be able to search or filter by date or action.
This page will only be visible if the affiliate program allows partners to submit leads. Here you can view your lead history and submit new ones.
The resources section contains all marketing materials, including brand assets, banners, marketing messaging, and any other materials the program owner shares. Additionally, here you can customize your referral link and create new links.
Find information about total revenue, currently available payout balance, and already paid rewards, along with the option to submit a new payout request and a payout history section.
Here, you can monitor your performance by reviewing data about clicks, signups, and sales.
View important updates and announcements about your affiliate program.
My profile
Click on your initials in the upper right corner and select My profile:

Here you can edit your personal information and change your password.
Further down, you'll find the option to manage email notifications and upload invoices, if your program requires it.
