Multi-level commission
What is multi-level affiliate commission?
How does multi-level commission work?
Multi-level commission is available for affiliate programs.
Please note that the partner portal must have your domain connected in order for this feature to be available. Here's how to do that. The program website domain and the partner portal domain have to match.
If someone visits your website through an affiliate link and proceeds to sign up for your affiliate program, the original affiliate will automatically be associated as the referring partner. No additional integration is required.
Both the direct and referring affiliates are paid their full commission amounts independently. The multi-tier commission is always added on top of the default commission, ensuring affiliates at both levels are fairly rewarded for their contributions.
For example, if you want to pay 20% to the affiliate who made the sale, and 10% to the affiliate who referred them, you should set the general commission to 20% and the multi-level commission to 10%. The two amounts are added together — not split — so the total payout would be 30%.
